i have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason

all art is drawn by me and should be credited as so when posted across any social media

do not trace, copy, resell, or pass off my art as your own

those who are rude or difficult to work with will have their work stopped immediately

you absolutely must provide a ref sheet/image of the character you want me to draw. i will NOT take written out descriptions

you are eligible for a refund 30 days after the first payment, provided that no finalized art has been received

more detail = a better final product. give me all your OC lore and little tidbits, it can help my inspiration flow easier

i will provide art check-ins (especially after sketching and coloring) throughout the process. i will not move on to the next part until you respond to then, even if it's a simple "all good!" to make sure it is what you are asking for

however, if i make a mistake please do not be afraid to correct me! it is your money after all

you are allowed to make small changes to designs i create after purchase

if buying a premade design/adopt, you are able to resell the adopt 2 weeks after purchasing

you may not sell a design for more than you bought it for, unless you commissioned artwork of them (either from me or someone else). then you can add the commission price onto the resell price

designs must be credited to me. i don't mind you not giving credit on every single artwork made of the design, but it must be shown either on a reference sheet or a character's profile page

i do have a Toyhouse profile, it can be found on my socials Carrd (see hub Carrd). credit me as the designer if using Toyhouse. otherwise, credit to any of my socials is acceptable on other platforms
